"First of all, David is a wonderful host. He greeted me when I arrived and made me feel like an old friend coming in for a visit. He has a great house - beautifully decorated - and a great lanai which we sat on chatting and listening to the rain that happened to blow in. Wonderful lake views. Comfortable bed and private bath - just a great listing that I can recommend without reservation - great place and wonderful host."

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Grande Tropicale. Richmond is a very thoughtful host who had great communication before and throughout our stay. We selected the "master suite", which is well-appointed, and the entire house and grounds is well-maintained. It was nice to have a private pool and jacuzzi to retreat back to while visiting friends in the West Palm Beach area. We would definitely stay here again!"

Loaned me a beach chair when I went to Anna Maria Island (3 min away). Location isn't right in Sarasota but still pretty good location and sort of between St Pere and downtown Sarasota. Can't wait for my next visit!"

"I spent two nights at CJ's home and everything about it was exactly what I needed it to be. He greeted me warmly and showed me around, was available by text the whole time. The guest room was very comfortable, so much that I slept late the first morning! CJ made me feel relaxed and at home at his place, which is well appointed for good times inside and out. Freehold town was an easy walk. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again."

As a result of DIY projects, Solo's home is definitely unique, as advertised! The comfortable bed encouraged a much-needed overnight rest. Solo chats on any number of subjects with ease, as he has lived all over the world and speaks several languages fluently. One 24-hour visit cannot do justice to all that KC has to offer. His place is within easy reach (driving) of the river plantations, many dining options in Park Circle (North Charleston) and everything that the center of Charleston has to offer. Albee is a gracious host and constantly checked to make sure I had everything I needed. Enjoyed hanging out together one evening drinking wine, having snacks and chatting away."
