Nestled on the edge of the metro area, just east of I-75, yet a straight path to historic Downtown Ft. Myers, a intimate room suited for multi purpose beyond just sleeping; having the classic Murphy bed to stow away in 10 seconds! Offering an eclectic mid century vibe with regency flavor, art collections, reading room, lanai and views of a small lake, past bird feeders, my home is open to share for your relaxing stay. Guests are welcome to enjoy all the common areas including kitchen, dinning room, living room and lanai. Although the exteriors are not private, sarongs are welcome for the option for nudists. Coffee bar includes French press or drip maker, with a continental breakfast.

I am enjoying the process of creating the space, and want to share it with travelers who may need a decompress period, or funky stay while exploring! I have driven cross country and back many times, backpacked and Eur-rail Pass'ed thru out Europe, and explored various Caribbean delights. Currently I venture into the swamps to photograph rare orchids.

This is an excellent central location for nature lovers! Hiking, photography, beach and swamp, one hour drive to the Everglades, SWF has amazing biodiversity. Dwntwn Cultural centers, 1 mile to the Civic Center and of course our 2 bars. Both a 30 minute commute. Ft. Myers Beach is a 45 minute drive- sorry.

While nude, if you chose, no bare skin to furniture. I know, right? lol No parties, no visiting guests without prior approval. Smoking outside. The No Pet policy includes comfort animals, which are not service animals. Sorry for that. All staying guests must register thru the person booking. No ********der 25 may book. Any and all guest ID's may be documented, in person, for everyone's safety. If this is declined, host has the right to decline that guests stay. This is a tough one, in tough times, I know. First of all, David is a wonderful host. He greeted me when I arrived and made me feel like an old friend coming in for a visit. He has a great house - beautifully decorated - and a great lanai which we sat on chatting and listening to the rain that happened to blow in. Wonderful lake views. Comfortable bed and private bath - just a great listing that I can recommend without reservation - great place and wonderful host.

Had a very restful one-night stay at David's place. He kept in touch throughout the arrangements so the check-in and check-out went smoothly. Enjoyed the conversation and the company in his comfortable home where I was made to feel welcome!
