Kitchen and dinning room, screened in lanai, wondering paths thru garden, tiki idols to look after you. Atomic sunbathing!

10 minutes to beach, 10 minutes to downtown! Less then $10 Uber either way! Surrounded by Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico waters. If St. Pete isn't enough for you, Tampa is 30 minutes, as is the airport. Clubs, museums, beach surf sand, food!, we have it for you. I'll have a list of what to do's for the asking, fine tune it to your desires.

While nude, if you chose, no bare skin to furniture. I know, right? lol
Please understand this is a 1961 time capsule, all original, with new furniture and antiques. It does show some wear, as would be expected, but well taken care of and preserving. Please respect this, and enjoy the atomic vibe. The pool and deck are new.
No parties, no visiting guests without prior approval.
Smoking outside.
There is a Ring video doorbell, view in photo section.
The No Pet policy includes comfort animals, which are not service animals. Sorry for that.
All staying guests must register thru the person booking. No ********der 25 may book. Any and all guest ID's may be documented, in person, for everyone's safety. If this is declined, host has the right to decline that guests stay. This is a tough one, in tough times, I know.
All guests must read and acknowledge home bnb description and house rules. Any and all guests may be required to sign an affidavit of having understood accommodation arrangements and house rules. Member who makes reservation is responsible for his companions.
Any or all guests should be registered upon arrival including ID.
