THE HOUSE INCLUDES :

With direct access to Rue du Mulet, a particularly quiet street in a lively neighborhood, Valentine's house includes:

- living room with EXPRESS BULTEX sofa bed, 49-inch flat-screen TV, free WIFI Internet access, Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker system, dining table for 4, 2 Dyson fans

- fully-equipped kitchen: microwave oven, dishwasher, washing-machine dryer, fridge/freezer, induction hob with extractor hood, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster (also coffee, tea and herbal tea capsules, quick-dinner kit)

- bedroom with high-comfort, top-of-the-range bed, dressing room

- bathroom with walk-in shower, towel dryer, hairdryer, courtesy products

THE NEIGHBORHOOD :

Located in the heart of the Saint-Pierre district, a symbol of touristy and hype Bordeaux, behind a UNESCO-listed quayside façade, la maison de Valentine nestles in Bordeaux's medieval quarter, where it's a pleasure to stroll along its cobbled streets, lunch or dine in one of the countless restaurants, cafés or terraces on the pretty squares, and breathe in the air of a port Bordeaux that's become touristy and obviously bobo.

You'll discover Bordeaux's many sites and monuments, including Place Pey Berland, Hôtel de Ville and Cathédrale Saint-André, the city center, and the Saint-Pierre, Saint-Michel and Capucins districts, all with their own soul and character.

You'll also discover a host of museums, including the latest addition, the Cité du Vin, the CAPC, the Musée des Arts Décoratifs and the Musée d'Aquitaine.

Bordeaux's many major events include the Bordeaux Marathon in April, the Wine and River Festival in May, Vinexpo in June, and the International Independent Film Festival in October.
