To ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for everyone, we ask you to follow these rules during your visit.

🔑 Check-in & Check-out.
✔ Check-in: From 3:00 PM (Self check-in available).
✔ Check-out: Before 11:00 AM.
✔ Late check-out: Not allowed without prior approval.
✔ Turn off the lights and be sure to close the door tightly when leaving.

🚭 General Rules.
❌ Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment (you can smoke on the terrace with the door closed).
❌ No parties or events are allowed.
❌ No visitors are allowed for security and respect to other guests.
✔ Small pets are allowed, but they must avoid damaging the furniture and their owners must clean up their waste.
✔ Maintain a moderate noise level, especially after 10:00 PM.
✔ Lock the door when leaving and make sure you don't forget your belongings.

🍽️ Use of Space
🛏️ Bedroom and Living Room
✔ The king-size bed and sofa bed are provided with fresh linens.
✔ Please do not climb into bed or sofa with shoes.

👨‍🍳 Kitchen
✔ Fully equipped with utensils, coffee maker, stove and refrigerator.
✔ Wash dishes and utensils after use.
✔ Do not leave food leftovers to avoid pests.

🚿 Bathroom
✔ Include soap, shampoo and conditioner.
✔ Don't flush toilet paper or other objects down the toilet; use the trash can.

🌿 Terrace
✔ Ideal space to relax, but avoid making loud noise to respect your neighbors.

📶 WiFi and Technology
✔ High-speed WiFi and Smart TV with access to streaming platforms.
✔ Turn off lights and electronic devices when not in use.
