House Rules: - Smoking is NOT allowed in the ROOM or Inside the house. - Pets are NOT allowed (unless explicitly stated otherwise and approved. - Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. (Turn music down after) - Lost Keys will cost $100 to replace. - No Loud music, events or parties are ******** live in a residential area. - Noise and Smoke detectors present in the home compliant with Arbnb/********/Bookingcom/MisterBnB regulations. - Do not block neighbours drive with vechicle, additional cars should be parked on drive way. - if anything is broken or not up to standard this must be reported within 12 hours or your arrival. Pool - Pool is shallow. The pool maximum depth is 4 feet 6 inches. - ABSOLUTELY NO DIVING IN THE POOL. - NO Glass around or in the pool. If broken glass is in the pool you will be responsible for all costs and repairs. - Pool heater can be turned ON for $15 per day. (Pool will be set to 90F). - Plastic cups are provided and stainless steel insulated drinking cups. - Pool Maintenance comes every Thursday (Please exit the pool when services are being performed. - Children under 12 must have supervision at all times. - Shower before entering. - Do not swallow the pool water. - No pets in the pool area. - No sexual intercourse in the pool ! Trash Days Tuesday - Green Container Friday - Green and Blue Container 10. Security Camera's: Please note that on the outside of the property we have a Reolink Security cameras that actively record audio and video. The camera's are only located outside and only in the front of the property not in the backyard. A House Manual will be on the Kitchen counter. If you need any assistance during your stay, please don't hesitate to contact me. We want to ensure your arrival and check-in process go smoothly, and we are here to help! Don't forget to bring Sunscreen and a bathing suit for the pool :-)
