Old Winegrowers' House

This 83 m2 former winegrower's house is ideally located just a stone's throw from shops and restaurants, opposite the former college (now vacant) dating from the early 17th century and adorned with its famous sundial. Treat yourself to a country experience by dining on an old farm table, or sharing one of the famous Burgundy wines by the fireplace, or relaxing on the sofas by the wood-burning stove in winter. The kitchen may be modest in size, but it's fully equipped: gas stove and electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker (filter and senseo), toaster, kettle, citrus squeezer. Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (one large room with a 160 x 200 bed and 2 smaller rooms with 140 x 190 beds). Finally, the separate bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, allowing you to relax in a hot tub after walking the surrounding hills and valleys. Access to the courtyard is from the street and is shared with me when I'm there, which isn't often.
