I'm Yaz, and I'd love to have friendly, responsible, clean, and fun people come spend a few days, a few weeks, or longer in my penthouse in Madrid. I enjoy meeting new people, chatting, and helping you have a great time in Madrid. It's a wonderful city!

I’m renting out a private room with a double bed, facing outward, with views of Madrid’s skyscrapers—for one person.

You’d be sharing the penthouse with me. It’s a modern, tastefully renovated 87 m2 luxury penthouse with a pleasant, private, and quiet terrace. The penthouse is 100% furnished and equipped with high-end, designer furnishings. You’ll have your own refrigerator. The kitchen features a MochaMaster coffee maker, as well as natural, organic coffee beans so you can enjoy a great cup of coffee at the perfect temperature in the morning.

The Ático is a duplex. The open-concept kitchen, living room, terrace, and a half-bathroom are on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms and a full bathroom. The terrace is 13 m2 and is a clothing-optional area. You can sunbathe however you like: with or without clothes.

The bedroom has a 135 x 190 cm double bed, plenty of natural light, a built-in closet, and views of Madrid’s skyscrapers.

The penthouse is 8 minutes by metro from Ventilla ******** takes you directly to Salamanca and Retiro Park) and 12 minutes by metro from Valdeacederas ******** serves all stops in the city center).

It’s a 15-minute walk from Plaza Castilla and a 20-minute walk from IE University and Caleido—an open-air shopping center nestled among Madrid’s skyscrapers, offering a wide variety of cafes and restaurants. Right next to the apartment, you’ll find a large park, supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, and more.

Important: It takes 25 minutes to get to Malasaña and Chueca from the apartment. The penthouse is a 20-minute walk from the Bernabéu Stadium and its charming neighborhood (downtown Madrid).

With advance notice and for an additional fee, you can order a hearty breakfast on weekends and a dinner made with the finest ingredients, prepared at home with lots of love. I’m a great cook! ;)

Check-in starts at 6:00 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, with flexible hours from Thursday through Sunday. Check-out is always before 11:00 a.m.
