Javier has really nice, light and spacious flat, very good located in quiet and very well equipped neighbourhood, not long ride to the center. We were happy about our stay plus Javier provided super exact information for check-in, he was very responsive, helpful and friendly. It was pleasant stay for us, we will come back again.

Javier is a phenomenal person. He was very attentive from the beginning to the end. Very kind and respectful. The stay was clean and organized. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and I hope to continue visiting Madrid and use his accommodation for future occasions.

I couldn't imagine a lovelier location, flat, nor host than what Javi offers. The flat is modern, clean, and centrally located. The design touches Javi invested in make it a great flat for sharing with him - privacy with the bedroom and shared communal space combined. Javi is a wonderful host - communicative and deeply interesting - had I not been so tired we would have chatted the night away. A new friend I will surely visit again soon.

A true luxury to stay at Javier's place; from the very first moment super receptive, excellent communication and besides a beautiful person. Excellent location with metro and bus at the door, and the house is truly wonderful. Highly recommended. We will definitely return.

Javi has a beautiful apartment. I slept in the small bedroom which was comfortable. The best part of all has been the communication, flexibility and peace of mind that Javi offered, always attentive and making everything easy. And this even though we didn't meet in person.

Javier's flat was a delight. It is stylish elegant and very clean, with an amazing shower. The neighbourhood is smart and safe, and the metro station is only seconds from the door. Additionally there is lovely bar on the opposite side of the road which is a great place to pick up breakfast. We hope to return. & Javier was a prompt and helpful communicator.
