A cozy villa, perfect for a vacation with friends

Completely renovated 70 m2 villa for up to 6 people, set in peaceful surroundings. It includes a cosy living room with fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large terrace. The house has 2 bedrooms (queen-size beds 160x200), a shower room and separate toilet. In the living room, a good-quality convertible sofa (140x200 mattress, 17 cm thick) offers 2 additional beds.

Each bedroom has its own storage space. Bed linen and towels are provided, as are some basic hygiene products.

In the kitchen, you'll find all the crockery and cutlery you could possibly need, as well as plenty of cooking utensils. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, electric kettle, Senseo coffee maker and toaster. In the laundry room, a washing machine, tumble dryer and cleaning equipment are at your disposal.

On the terrace, you'll find a large gas barbecue and all the necessary utensils. The outdoor areas are tastefully furnished: the large terrace with garden furniture, the dining area near the barbecue, the solarium and the small terrace at the viewpoint.

Our guests have access to the entire house, its many terraces and the 700 m2 garden. Despite its vintage look, the Cosy Capitou villa is equipped with all modern comforts: HD TV, fiber-optic internet and air conditioning.

On the Capitou estate, guests have free access to the swimming pool (open from early June to late September), sports fields (tennis, basketball, pétanque) and the Hacienda, a restaurant, bar, snack bar and pizzeria, open all summer and offering regular entertainment and themed evenings.
