Our home has 2 sunny bedrooms, 1 bathroom, enticing sunroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook and a cozy den with a wood stove perfect for movie nights or a conversation with friends. Outside enjoy a day with your family and friends with our private big backyard or take a rest on our beautiful built in deck. We are only a 5 minute drive from Sloan's Lake and 15 minutes to Capitol Hill.

If you like to have a restful, quiet, and peaceful place to go home to after your busy days in the city or at work, this home is perfect for you! Close proximity to everything you need in Edgewater, Lakewood, and Wheat Ridge with easy access to downtown, Union Station, Capitol Hill, Tennyson, the mountains, and more!

Please no food or drinks on the the green oversized chairs in the living room and the teal chaise lounge in the sun room. Please slide furniture or marking objects on the wood floor. Please keep the heat at 60 degrees if you leave town while staying here (in case of night time freezing temperatures), otherwise feel free to turn on or off as desired.
