House Rules Welcome! We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible, so we kindly ask that you follow these simple guidelines: 🐶 Pets One small or medium dog is welcome with a one-time $75 pet fee for your entire stay. Please contact us in advance if you plan to bring your dog. No other pets are allowed. 🚭 No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and on the porch. 🌡 Heating & Cooling Please review the provided instructions before using the heating or AC remotes. 🔇 Quiet Hours Out of respect for our neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM. ******** Security For your safety and ours, we have cameras at both entrances. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. 🏠 House Access The home is fully yours during your stay. However, the basement, one second-floor closet, and the bathroom closet on the first floor are locked for use by our cleaning service. 🎉 No Parties or Gatherings Please, no parties or large gatherings inside the house or on the property. 🛏 Bedrooms Kindly refrain from eating or drinking in the bedrooms. 🪑 Furniture If you move any furniture, please return it to its original position before checkout. Avoid dragging furniture across the floors to prevent scratches.
