Escape to our cozy & clean cabin in the picturesque Catskills just 2 hours from NYC! With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lightning fast Starlink internet, a kitchen with a 6 burner Viking professional gas range & large oven, you may not want to leave! Tucked into 3 forested acres that provide a sense of privacy & serenity, but minutes away from hiking trails, kayaking, fishing & the quaint towns of Livingston Manor, Roscoe, Delhi & Margaretville! At night relax by the outdoor fire pit & enjoy the stars & the sounds of our babbling brook 15 feet below.
Situated on 3+ serene acres, you likely won't see another person during your stay. We own the house just down the mountain (300-ish feet away) so if you need something, don't hesitate to text or call. We'd even be down for a fireside kiki if we're in town & you'd like to make some new friends!
The cabin is open-concept except for the completely private downstairs guest room & bathrooms. The upstairs loft with en suite bathroom & balcony has a half wall so is technically open to the living room below. We have an exterior Ring camera to monitor the outdoors for deliveries, arrivals & departures.
While I'm a new host, I've been staying in b&b's for over a decade & know what separates a so-so stay from a great one. And I hope to provide the latter! Please let me know if you have any questions at all before booking and I'll be happy to chat with you.
Protect your payments: never communicate outside of misterb&b (website or app) and never transfer money outside our secure system.

We love an LGBTQIA+ friendly spot & we have MANY within a half hour drive of the house. The area's unofficial GAY BAR is CABERNET FRANK'S in Parksville (25 minutes) & they have live music & events regularly: ******** For as conservative as upstate can seem, there's SO many queer folks everywhere you look.
In Roscoe (15 minutes drive), check out: - GRIZZLY BAGLES: serving up the best baked fresh daily bagels in all of the Catskills - the owner, Zach, is gay & wonderful. - THE JUNCTION: the owners of this cool restaurant & bar relocated here from Brooklyn & while they're not "family", they might as well be - they're SO friendly & have tons of gay friends! - NORTHERN FARMHOUSE PASTA: The first & only restaurant in the Catskills making homemade pasta with New York state-grown wheat. Open Thursday - Sunday 4 - 9pm. - TAYLOR & ACE: the cutest gay-owned antique store in town. Pop in for a unique souvenir! - CATSKILLS COFFEE LODGE has fantastic espresso drinks & is owned & operated by 2 sisters who graduated from the Culinary Institute.
In HAMDEN (15 minutes away), do NOT miss a cocktail or meal at HAMDEN INN. The owner is a Brooklyn transplant & everything is great there. Make reservations on the weekend cause it gets busy!
In Delhi (25 minutes away): - HOLLOW's front café is great for espresso drinks & breakfast sandwiches from Wednesday - Sunday 9am-3pm. At night they open their gorgeous restaurant & bar serving New American Wednesday - Saturday 5-9pm. Definitely make a reservation ahead of time. ********
- EIGHTY MAIN is fantastic Italian restaurant with Argentine influences & is open for dinner Thursday - Monday at 5pm. Their homemade pastas & saucers are out of this world good. ********
In Livingston Manor (24 minutes away): - Katskeller makes the most delicious fire-oven pizza. You could even buy some frozen ones to take home with you. - Main Street Farms is the fanciest & most well-curated grocery around selling goods local to New York state as well as organic produce. They also have a super cute cafe serving delicious coffee drinks, soups & sandwiches. - The WALK-IN is a super queer-friendly breakfast & lunch restaurant serving AMAZING southern biscuit sandwiches made with a 3rd generation recipe. We love the classic bacon egg & cheese, but everything is delicious. - If you're into the outdoors & forgot something for your trip, OLD SOULS is our local version of an REI.
- NO SMOKING indoors, and please do not throw cigarette butts in the yard. - PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH anything except for toilet paper - including feminine products. Anything else will clog the septic and will ruin your vacation. - As we are in the mountains & close to the river, THE MUD IS REAL! Please take your shoes off at the door to keep the floors clean! - We strive to be an ALLERGY-FREE ENVIRONMENT. As such, pets are not allowed. -WHEN YOU CHECK OUT, please leave the house as you found it (with towels hanging in the downstairs bathroom & sheets left on the unmade beds.) Please turn off all heaters and fans & lock all windows & doors. -If you've brought any of your own cookware, please DO NOT ACCIDENTALLY TAKE any of ours when you leave. Our collection is audited with a checklist after every guest.
