Welcome to the historic Firehouse in Arkville New York, built in 1900!

Experience the best the Catskills has to offer year round, from hiking to skiing!

Centrally located off of Route 28 between Belleayre Mountain and Margaretville, the Firehouse is perfectly accessible without feeling too isolated. Within in a few minutes drive, you can reach local villages including Margaretville, Roxbury, Andes, Fleischmanns, Pine Hill, and Belleayre Mountain.

The residence at the historic firehouse is located on the second floor (the first floor is off limits to guests and is used primarily for storage and the owners’ office.)

The residence has a spacious open floor plan with soaring 12 foot ceilings, and features a large bathroom with claw foot tub and separate shower, as well as a king-sized bedroom.

Cozy up and enjoy a movie in the living room, sit down for a nice dinner in the dining room, or hang out for drinks and games around the bar table in the kitchen.

One private king bedroom, with optional air mattress for additional guests.
