TV, air conditioning, sheets, towels, hangers, and an iron. In the LIVING ROOM: a double sofa bed, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a dining table, TV, DVD player, movies, and books. KITCHEN: separate, with a glass-ceramic stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, juicer, washing machine, detergent, dishes, glassware, coffee, and tea. BATHROOM: shower with all the hot water you could ever need, hair dryer, towels, free toiletries, etc. PATIO: With flowers, especially for smokers.Outdoor area, 5 windows facing the street (it’s a very busy area; there are lots of people at night). First floor with an ELEVATOR.
Check-in after 10:00 PM until midnight incurs a 30€ surcharge.
If you need sheets for the sofa bed for 2 guests, there is a €30 surcharge; for 2 or more guests, this is included in the price.
