The flat consists of Living room equipped with A/C, a comfortable sofa bed, and a lazy boy where you can enjoy a drink while you are reading a book or listening to a music. ' The kitchen is fully Equipped, microwave, oven, stove, washing machine, dish washer. A very comfortable bedroom equipped with A/C and 150 cms bed. A fully equipped bathroom, and it has as well a hair dryer.

will be available anytime by phone or by mail, the guests or anyone else can ask me any question whether they will be in my flat or not, hopefully everybody passing a good time in Madrid

- There is a pickup service to the guests upon request. - By Metro: Take the metro from the airport and stop in Callao station or Santo Domingo or Sol stations Callao stations to the flat is 10 meters From Santo Domingo station to the flat is 30 meters From Sol stations to the flat is 100 meters By Bus: take the yellow bus from outside the airport till Cibeles, the flat is 10 mins walking to Cibeles

I came here for Madrid Pride 2019. The parade was delayed for 2 hours and what I stayed for was a bore, but Nader's place is in an excellent location to everywhere you'll want to go. The air conditioners work great! There were a few issues, but I'd stay here again.

A great flat in a great location. Metro entrance right outside the door. Within walking distance of the Palacio Real and the Cathedral. If you're from the US, be aware that hallway lights are not on all the time. Took us awhile to figure them out. Nader gave us the best restaurant recommendation - so good we went there twice. You will love Madrid and this flat!

We loved this flat. It is right in the heart of it all in Madrid making it an excellent home base to explore what the city has to offer. It is just steps from the metro if you want to get around via the subway, but we just walked everywhere. And as the name says, it is quiet, even though your are right off Grand Via. The flat is beautifully appointed and is on the 3rd floor with a lift and secure entrance. The host, Nader, is the best. He was super helpful and accommodating. We would highly recommend this!

We spent 5 nights in the flat in April. It was the perfect location for a first stay in Madrid. The very central location made it easy to simply walk to shops, restaurants and main attractions. We had everything we needed in the flat, including the well equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, a washing machine, even an ironing board, etc. There is no view from the windows, because the flat faces the inner court of the building, but thanks to that, there was almost no noise from the very busy streets of central Madrid. But most important, our host, Nader, greeted us with a warm welcome, gave us a tour of the apartment, as well as suggestions of restaurants and bars. He also answered quickly to our e-mails when we had a question. He was a dear! The perfect host.

Amazing flat, very clean, central, new furniture, bed very comfortable, beautiful bathroom. Everything was more than perfect. Nader is a very nice guy, accurate and timely, willing to help us. On my next trip in Madrid I will rent his flat again.
