Highly recommend this place! Very clean, good communicator. I felt at home when I was there. Just a 4 minute walk to the Lavapiés metro stop, so I never needed an Uber. I will definitely stay again.

The apartments is just as described, confortable and centrally located. Adrien was very helpful and communication was great. I would definitely stay here again.

I rented the entire apartment for two people. The instructions were clear and we had no problem accessing the property. The beds were very comfortable and, although there were bars downstairs, we couldn't hear anything. I would repeat the experience. Adrien, very attentive. The problems I have are with the extra charges from the application, none related to the owner of this review.

The place: 10/10 ... the traditional style of the building is so cozy, the appartement has all what is needed! Clean, cute, and more beautiful in real than in pictures. Location: 10/10 super safe neighborhood, with everything at a walking distance. I did not take public transportation a single time there. Adrian: super pro active, helpful. Makes your stay easy going, it really felt that we were friends / or knew each other for long ! Great host, great place ! I highly recommend
