The apartment is pleasant and bright with a modern decor. The kitchen and living areas are open and spacious. Nader was prompt and friendly in his communication. The apartment is in a perfect location, just steps to the Gran Via, with many options for dining and entertainment all within a few blocks. It is a great value for the money, I highly recommend it!

We had an amazing stay in Nader's place! The apartment is perfectly located, well equipped and despite being in the center of the pulsating Gran Via it is quiet and offers a great opportunity to relax. Nader is a great host, super helpful, hospitable, and accommodating! We will stay here again and again!

This apartment is ideally located, super central, just a stone's throw from the metro and the gay district. Yet it remains very quiet, a true bubble of serenity that contrasts with the hustle and bustle of the streets of the Spanish capital. Very clean and functional, we recommend it to all travelers.

Nader's apartment is fantastic, very central and yet quiet. Being close to rooftop level means you get great light in the bedroom with guaranteed privacy. We didn't use the kitchen but it's all new and has everything you need. It's great to let yourself in/out of the foyer and feel like a local. We arrived late and, if you have wifi and ********, It was easy to contact Nader.
