House Rules and Guide to a Responsible Stay: Welcome! I’m so happy to have you here in Madrid, and I hope you enjoy a comfortable, safe, and pleasant stay. My goal is for you to feel at home, but also to ensure that the apartment, the building, and the neighborhood remain in the best possible condition for everyone. We must be especially respectful, responsible, and mindful of the importance of living together harmoniously. I’d like to share some basic rules with you to ensure a positive experience for everyone: -The apartment is located in a residential community, so respect for neighbors is essential. -Parties, large gatherings, or any activity that might cause disturbances, excessive noise, or an unusual flow of people are not permitted. -I would especially appreciate it if you could keep your voice at a moderate level in the building’s common areas and avoid making noise at night or early in the morning. -For security reasons, please always lock the door when you leave and when you enter the apartment. -Do not share keys or grant access to anyone who is not part of the reservation. -If you lose a key or notice any security-related issue, please let me know as soon as possible. -The apartment is a smoke-free space. Smoking is not permitted indoors, including near windows and in common areas. Likewise, do not light candles or leave kitchen appliances, heaters, or other heat sources unattended. -I would also appreciate it if you used energy and water responsibly. -To keep the apartment in good condition, please use the furniture and appliances responsibly and in accordance with their intended use. -If you notice any damage, cleaning issues, or technical problems during your stay, please let me know as soon as possible so I can resolve them quickly. Similarly, please avoid flushing wipes, hygiene products, oil, or other objects down the toilet or drains. -Trash must be placed in the appropriate bins and should never be left in the building’s entrance or common areas. Whenever possible, I encourage you to sort your waste to facilitate recycling. -On the day of departure, the latest check-out time is 12:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed upon. -Before you leave, be sure to close the windows, turn off the lights, remove your personal belongings, and leave the keys in the designated place. -I’d also appreciate a quick message confirming that you’ve completed your checkout. -Finally, I hope you enjoy Madrid to the fullest—its diversity and its welcoming atmosphere.
