Bright apartment with balcony in the heart of the city

I hope you feel right at home here, while respecting the surroundings and the local residents. I’m usually at the apartment as well, so this is a shared living situation. To ensure everything goes smoothly, here are a few simple rules to follow during your stay: - Respect the property: Please keep the apartment clean and in good condition, and avoid any damage or disturbances. - No parties or gatherings: The apartment is a place to rest and is not suitable for festive events. We’re a small condominium complex consisting mainly of two families; please don’t take advantage of the other residents’ kindness. - No unauthorized guests: For safety and peace and quiet, only guests who have made a reservation may enter the apartment. - No smoking indoors: You are welcome to smoke on the balcony. Please do not discard cigarette butts anywhere; ashtrays are provided for this purpose.
