Property: This is a beautifully designed, fully equipped studio apartment on the 4th floor. The space includes a cozy sleeping area with a comfortable queen-size bed, a living/dining area with a French balcony, and a stylish, compact kitchen. The bathroom is modern and bright, with a walk-in shower. The apartment features essential home office equipment (monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse and a pair of headphones). It’s filled with natural light during the day and has soft, ambient lighting at night — ideal for work, rest, or a romantic stay.

Alexs' apartment is stylish, immaculate and very well-located. Alexs was really easy to deal with and had lots of helpful local suggestions. Highly recommended.

Staying at Alex's place was just a perfection and it felt like home. The flat is perfectly located in central area but also far from loud streets. The flat is equipped with everything you need and it has a cute charm and feels super cosy. It also has a great working area and many nice local bars and restaurants around. Communication with Alex was super easy and he was always available if needed. This is definitely my next stay when in Belgrade.

I had the best time in Aleksandar's flat. Aleksandar as a host, is 5/5 stars. Communication, the flat, everything went super smooth and I'm more than happy to recommend his flat + him. The flat is really cute, in an ideal neighborhood with everything next doors - and amazing light. More than happy to be back here again soon!
