I’m offering a private room in my apartment in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. The apartment has a small balcony with nice views, shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Sometimes my sweet Boston Terrier, Margie, is with me.
The building is inside a gated community with controlled access and security cameras. It’s a safe residential area, but I recommend having a car since there’s no public transportation nearby. The building is next to an avenue so keep in mind there is some street noise during the day but it's pretty calm by night. The is a public park close by where you can go exercise.
San Juan is only about a 10-minute drive away, 20min from the airport, so it’s a great spot if you want to stay close to the city but in a more relaxed setting.
I enjoy hosting chill, respectful, and clean guys who like good vibes, sharing about our passions and lifestyles and having a good conversation. Naturists welcome. The apartment is comfortable and welcoming, and I speak Spanish, French, and English.
