I was very pleased with our stay here. what stood out to me the most was how peaceful it was and quiet. We had use of the kitchen, but I’m pretty much just a morning coffee person so that took care of my needs. The bedroom was nice and clean and neat as well as the bathroom. I like the location because it was not in the middle of a tourist area but I could easily get there very inexpensively with a Uber. Old San Juan’s biggest festival was going on at the time and there were so many people, but it was festive and fun. I went into town for two days of the four day festival. I like the location where we stayed. It was convenient too many restaurants shopping centers supermarket and eateries and was not in a touristy area. I felt more like I was living among the locals and enjoyed that experience. Our host Paul was very nice and took time to check in with us each day and ask if there was anything we needed as well as taking the time for a nice farewell as we were heading home I would stay at this location again in the future if available

Paul has created a beautiful peaceful space for his guests to enjoy. He and his lovely pets made us feel welcomed and right at home. He gave us great advice on local attractions and restaurants. We will certainly stay with him again.

Paul, Nacho, and Minx were such gracious hosts! Paul was super friendly and full of great local food recs. The Orchid Suite was amazing—cold A/C, blackout curtains, and a surprise attached bathroom I loved. I slept like a rock. Great conversations with Paul made the stay even more memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, charm, and genuinely thoughtful hospitality. Would absolutely stay again!

I had a great time. Paul and ******** were excellent hosts. We had excellent conversation and they both gave me excellent advice about local restaurants and gay bars. The room was very clean and comfortable and the morning coffee was much appreciated.

Paul's place was 100% accurate as it is described. It is very conveniently located from San Juan, the uber rides to anywhere in San Juan are like $10. Checkin process was very smooth, Paul was very attentive with communication and made our stay feel very comfortable and peaceful. Nacho and Minx are adorable pets. The bed was very comfortable, AC was not really needed in the nights, it was cool enough to sleep with the fan on. I would 100% recommend Paul's place and we cant wait to come back to San Juan and stay here again!

We enjoyed getting to know Paul and ******** as well as Nacho and Minx, Paul's friendly dog and cat. Paul and ******** gave really helpful recommendations for restaurants and bars in the area. We only stayed overnight before leaving for a cruise so didn't get to know Paul as much as we would have liked but he was such a delight to talk to when we checked in and checked out. He's such a kind soul and his dog Nacho is the cutest ever! The room was spacious with a gigantic bathroom and shower and Paul gave really incredible tips for nearby dining. The neighborhood is adorable, walkable, and a place I'd like to come back to soon!

Nice, clean and organized place. The bed is so soft but at the same time it's very firm. It's very private and he is so polite he even makes a delicious coffee in the morning. His dog and his cat are so quiet that you don't even notice they're there. It's a nice place.
