Live Like a Local in Amsterdam’s Pedestrian Paradise.
The Location: De Pijp’s Most Famous Street Frans Halsstraat.
Experience the absolute heart of Amsterdam’s "Quartier Latin" from this stylish, 35m2 sanctuary. Located on the legendary Frans Halsstraat—a pedestrian-prioritized "fietsstraat" where cars are guests—you are steps away from the city's trendiest terraces and hidden culinary gems like Juno and Café Caron.
The Vibe: Culture Meets Community
De Pijp is where authentic Amsterdam meets high-end creativity. Walk 5 minutes to the Rijksmuseum and Museumplein, or grab an iconic brunch at nearby favorites like Little Collins or Rainbowls. For the LGBTQ+ community, you are perfectly positioned: a scenic 10-minute tram ride or bike trip takes you to the world-famous nightlife on Reguliersdwarsstraat, yet you’ll return to a sophisticated, quiet street where you can actually sleep.
Spring 2026 Highlights: Tulips & King's Day
You are at the epicenter of the season’s peak. Starting in April, the Tulip Festival brings vibrant installations right to our neighborhood, and on April 27, King’s Day transforms the surrounding streets into the world’s largest orange street party.

Quite hours are from 22:00 to 7:00. Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. Please feel free to ask if earlier check-in and check-out is available.
Guests & Visitors
- Only the guests listed on this reservation are allowed in the apartment - no additional visitors, friends, or guests are permitted during your stay.
- This rule exists because we’re in a classic Amsterdam building where walls are thin and neighbors are close by. Extra people create noise that travels easily through the old structure, and it’s important we maintain good relationships with everyone in the building.
- If you need to have someone join your stay, please message me first to discuss - but generally this space works best for just the booked guests.
Thanks for understanding.
