You will have the option of sleeping in my room (in a single bed), or on the sofa in the living room (if you decide to sleep on the sofa in the living room, when I wake up, I will ask you to go and sleep in the bedroom, where I hardly go in after I wake up).
Visitors are not allowed.
Quiet after 10pm.
If you need to arrive earlier or leave later, we can talk and negotiate.
You will have use of the kitchen, living room and bathroom.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
