We're the bottom unit and includes a queen sized, memory foam bed, night stand, dresser, 46" wall mounted flat-screen TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Paramount+, HBO Max. Room also includes a big desk & cozy chair. Your own bathroom with shower. I have 2 VERY sweet dogs who absolutely love new people, but if you're not a dog person, this may not be the place for you. You can see them in my profile pic - they are 8 & 9 years old, one Boxer, one Bully Mix. You have full access to the whole place as well as a private enclosed front yard, and big back yard (both are shared with our upstairs neighbors). I maintain a peaceful, comfortable, homey space to come back to after a long day or exploring LA & WeHo, or after a night out at the MANY WeHo or Hollywood bars, clubs and restaurants. Easy transportation with Uber/Lyft, or even Waymo driver-less cars! Centrally located - 10 minute drive to WeHo, 15 min drive to Hollywood, 30 minutes to downtown or Universal. Ez hop on/hop off freeways nearby. Plenty of ez street parking available as well.
