Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time: 4:00 pm PT Check-out time: 12:00 pm PT Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. 2. No Unauthorized Guests: To ensure the safety and security of our property and all guests, additional individuals who are not part of your original reservation are NOT allowed into our home. Only registered guests are permitted on the premises. If it comes to our attention that unauthorized guests have been brought onto the property, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, which may include asking the violating guests to leave without a refund. 3. To maintain a clean environment, outdoor shoes are not permitted indoors. For your convenience, indoor slippers are available during your stay. 4. Prior to arrival, each guest must electronically sign the Agreement + Waiver & Release of Liability form (sent after booking) and provide a copy of matching ID. 5. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of waste responsibly. 6. Quiet Hours: Respect quiet hours from 10:00 pm PT to 7:00 am PT. Please be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down at all times. They will knock at the door to complain. 7. Pets: Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance. An additional cleaning fee may apply. 8. Respect for Property: Please treat the property with care and respect. Any damage or loss may result in additional charges. 9. Cleanliness: Kindly maintain cleanliness during your stay. A cleaning fee is included, but excessive mess may incur additional charges. 10. Kitchen Use: Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself. Dirty dishes should be put in the dishwasher and then put away. 11. Waste Disposal: Please separate recyclables from general waste. Multiple trash bins are located in the kitchen and bathrooms, and the disposal chute is in the main courtyard near the shared mailbox. 12. Appliance Use: Please follow provided instructions for operating appliances and equipment. 13. Security and Safety: Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Ensure that the backyard garage door chain is secure and that the front door closes fully and that the handle is in lock mode before leaving. Please do not tamper with security devices or alarm systems. 14. Lost or Damaged Items: The host is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Report any damages or issues immediately to the host. 15.
