🏠 House rules Here, we share a living space in a spirit of respect, openness and good vibes ✨ Everyone is free to be themselves, as long as everyone feels good. - Respect & kindness: tolerance, cool communication and mutual respect are the basis. - Shared spaces (kitchen, living room, office, bathroom): we share, we adapt and we leave places clean after use. - Simple & efficient cleanliness: dishes done, surfaces clean, shared spaces pleasant for all. - Calm & equilibrium: please pay attention to noise, especially in the evening and at night. - Guests: visitors are welcome, but only after discussing it with you. - Smoker friendly: I smoke too 🙂 smoking is only allowed in designated / well-ventilated areas. No smoking in the room. - Respect for the place: we take care of the furniture and equipment as if it were our own home. - Responsible consumption: use water, electricity and heating sensibly. - Pets: no pets, except by prior agreement.
