Just 10 minutes from Palermo, behind Chacarita and next to Colegiales, lies my neighborhood: Ortúzar. It’s picturesque, quiet, inclusive, modern, and lately quite hipster 😉 with cafes, a bookstore, a beautiful plaza, and a variety of dining options. It’s very well connected to downtown via the Tronador subway station ******** a few blocks away. If you want to enjoy a super peaceful stay while still being close to everything, this is the place for you. Nica, a friendly little cat, also lives in the house. You’re not allowed to bring extra guests into the room. During the week, I teach some singing lessons; when there’s a guest, I coordinate with my students on days and times so as not to disrupt their stay.
