A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival. Guests must provide a valid government-issued ID and a verification selfie. This process cannot be completed in person.

Located in a tranquil island of Terra Ceia. Appealing to nature lovers, residents enjoy spending their days hiking, kayaking, biking, fishing or boating. Much of the nearby land is preserved or set aside as state parks including Terra Ceia Preserve State Park, Madira Bickel Mound State Archeological Site, and Emerson Point Preserve.

⚡Save energy⚡ There are two thermostats for the A/C and heat. One in the living area on the 2nd floor and one near the laundry room on the 3rd floor. If on heat mode please turn down to 68 degrees before guests check out. If on cooling mode, please turn up to 80 degrees before guests check out.

This house is to be used by the maximum number of guests listed on this confirmation only. Any function held by the guest, such as a dinner party, birthday, wedding reception, etc. for more than the number of guests listed on this confirmation must have the written consent of Management.

PLEASE NOTE: - Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot ******** anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! The towels provided are intended for approximately the first 3 days of your stay. If you need to refresh them, you’re welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer, or the laundry facilities available on the property (please note that laundry fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, and we’ll do our best to provide them based on availability.

✓ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
