House Rules • SMOKING IS PROHIBITED within the apartment. In case of non-compliance, a fine of up to $1,000 MXN will be applied per deep cleaning concept and a negative review will be left on the platform. • It is mandatory to turn off the air conditioning and fans when leaving the apartment during the day and at the time of check out. If you do not comply, a fine of up to $1,000 MXN may be imposed for excessive consumption of electrical energy. • Persons who are not registered in the reservation are not allowed entry. It is mandatory to respect the number of guests indicated at the time of booking. • No parties or events. • No pets. • The guest is committed to keeping the apartment clean and orderly throughout the stay and delivering it in suitable conditions. • It is not permitted to move furniture or decoration in the apartment. • All furniture must receive correct and responsible use, including appliances, utensils and accessories. Any damage or misuse will be the responsibility of the guest. • Check-out time: 11:00 a.m. Late departures will have an additional charge. Check-in time: 3:00 p.m. early check-in may be available upon request with an additional charge. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in additional charges, cancellation of the stay without refund and/or negative review.
