Hacienda Tropical Luxurious Oasis in the Heart of Puerto Vallarta

Before you read the rules below, we ask of you and your guests one thing. Please give us the opportunity to make your vacation a wonderful experience. If it's missing, we will get a replacement to you right away. If it's broken (no matter how it happened) we will fix it quickly. Please allow us to make your stay a memorable one, and give us the opportunity to do right by you. House rules. Please do not use any white towels for makeup removal, cleaning, or anything other then drying yourself after a shower. There are dark colored hand towels in the restrooms for makeup removal, and also make up removal wipes for other cleaning needs. There are pool towels available for you in the courtyard area for outdoor pool use, and beach towels available next to the Murphy bed. We promise to do everything we can to thoroughly clean or repair stained items after your departure, but if an item is unable to be cleaned or repaired by our laundry service or cleaning team, a replacement fee along with receipt will be submitted to you for reimbursement of damaged items during your stay. For the safety of both our neighbors and guests do not climb the walls of the terrace, or onto the roof of the property. Do not jump into the pool from the second or third floor terraces. There are 5 security cameras on the outside patio and front entrance of the property for your security. Any attempt to disable, disconnect, cover, or otherwise impede normal functionality of the security cameras and their connectivity will result in immediate cancellation and forfeiture of your reservation without refund, and you will be required to vacate the property immediately. There are no cameras inside of the home. Glass cups and bottles are not allowed on the 3rd floor terrace, pool or courtyard. There are plastic cups in the kitchen cabinets. For the safety of all your guests, and our future guests follow this rule. There is no smoking allowed anywhere on this property or the third floor terrace. If you'd like to smoke please go outside of the front patio gates. Any evidence of smoking in the house requires our scheduling of a professional cleaning company to remedy, and all costs associated with this service, and any fee’s incurred by ******** to provide accommodations for future guests delayed by this cleaning service will be submitted to you for reimbursement. Hacienda Tropical does not allow unregistered guests on the property at any time, or for any reason during your reservation. Any person that is not on your ******** guest list ******** is considered unregistered and not allowed on the property without prior approval. Please let us know in advance of any potential unregistered guests you may have during your stay for pre-approval by a property manager. If any unregistered, or non pre-approved guest is allowed access to the property at any time during your stay, you may be asked to vacate the property immediately, and you will not receive a refund for any portion of your stay; without exception. You are more than welcome to decorate for any occasion, but all decorations must be removed before your departure including tape, adhesives or hanging items used during your stay.
