READY? SET! HAVE FUN! This one is one for the athletes! Jog every morning? Tennis player? Hoops shooter? This studio condo is right next to Stadium Park, with two great restaurants right next to the front door. Great little neighborhood, mostly locals, in a very clean and updated building With great neighbors . Unit is on the ground floor and since it was owned by the developer of the building it has quite a few extras. On demand hot water, brand new washer and gas dryer , gas kitchen. The current owner has gone to great lengths to secure comfort and viability in this unit. It has zero gravitational black leather electric recliners, all Parota specialty black wood custom-made bedroom set complete with a US gel foam queen mattress, custom made Onyx lighting, a beautiful natural Parota patio table and planters filled with Exotic hibiscus and other tropical plants all on an automated watering system. And more drawer and cabinet space than you could possibly ever need. WiFi & 55” Samsung TV. Beach chairs and towels at the ready! Federal beach is a short 2 block walk. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. There is a dog park right across the street at Stadium Park. 10 minute walk to the North end of the Malecon & a half block away from the main bus depot. Ubers are easy and extremely inexpensive Or parking is also available. Most everyone in this ********it complex are gay. The gay owner built this for himself, but due to medical conditions he’s got to stay in the states for a while longer. Sorry, but due to the policies no children under the age of 18 are allowed in unit. Fridge is already stocked with Agua, & Some Cervezas to get you started. And coffee for the morning (just in case)! On arrival, you will be personally hosted by the property, girl of in Puerto Vallarta. Once you book here, I will give you their information as your personal concierge.

Cruisy areas in park right across the street, also straight across the other way to the beach next to the Sheraton Bougainvillea‘s after dusk. Uber over to Romántica zone very inexpensive Uber, or take a 10 minute walk down to the end of the Malecon and go from there. Close to Galleria shopping. Both Wynn club Casinos as well as others. ******** & LaComer close as well. You will get the number to my personal assistant down there, Kevin and Sadie, and they know everywhere, and everyone in Puerto Vallarta they were born and raise their. They also knew all the hotspots. Their clan are regulars at the biggest gay/mixed disco Code, and they would be happy to give you pointers or show you around. Please pay accordingly that comes out of your pocket not mine lol! Concierge Services through ********.

If there are problems with anything at all, you will be provided Kevin‘s personal phone number. He will be there himself or arrange for someone to come over and take care of it right away for you. I want you to have a good time when you were there, but please know that all of the fixtures and everything in the unit is all custom maid and was very expensive. The leather recliners are zero gravity so if you have a bad back, these are the best thing in the world and you’ll never want to leave. The entire bedroom set is made of parota that is a local wood and better example of that is the patio table that is natural. There is a washer and dryer outside water in the door of the refrigerator and it also comes with a Agua, Cervazas, etc to get you started. Because of the outside fencing, they have a doors and gates this is a very safe place. Most of the units are gay occupied, or are extremely gay friendly. They have parties up on the roof, which are owned by units eight and nine. Always be sure that the outdoor gate is locked behind you. You will be provided with two sets of keys through the lock box on property on the kitchen counter will be a welcome packet with the Wi-Fi password, all of the remote instructions (lighting etc) water, gas shut offs etc. as I’ve built this for myself to write a book at it’s really not your common rental Leona down there. I want you to have a great time while you’re down there. Puerto Vallarta has a magic like no other. Smoking and vaping is allowed on the outside on the patio please. Maid service can also be arranged through Kevin and Sadie, particularly for a longer stays. Bienvenido a mi casa!
