Located just 450 meters from the sea yet slightly inland from the busiest beachfront areas, it offers a quieter and more intimate seaside experience - ideal for couples and mindful travelers seeking balance between beach and nature. The place is also suitable for one or two children when traveling as a family.

THE APARTMENT

Situated on the second floor (with elevator) of a carefully restored historic building, the apartment features a covered private balcony overlooking a protected WWF Natural Park, free on-site parking, and seasonal access to a shared swimming pool (mid-May to end of September).

Designed for comfort and longer, more considered stays rather than short holiday turnover, it accommodates up to a small family while remaining especially comfortable for two adults. One double bed 160x190 + 140x190 sofa bed (no capacity for crib).

Amenities include Wi-Fi, 43" Smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, safe, and modern kitchen appliances.

SWIMMING POOL & NATURE

The shared pool is located at the rear of the building and offers a peaceful alternative to the beach.

Just beyond the property begins the Mediterranean pine forest of the San Rossore Natural Park - perfect for quiet walks, sunset strolls and year-round connection with nature.

Wide sandy beaches are only a short walk away!

Calambrone is a unique stretch of Tuscan coastline known for its open beaches, Mediterranean landscape and distinctive early 20th-century architecture.

Less crowded than many seaside resorts, it offers a refined balance between relaxation, nature and easy access to Pisa, Lucca, Florence and the wider Tuscan region.
