I welcome you to my brand-new apartment (Ilot 23 residence)—modern and clean. A comfortable sofa bed in the living room (I’ll set up my bed if there are two of you). A nice terrace where you can enjoy a coffee or a drink. Great location. A 3-minute walk from the Michelin Stadium and the Coopérative de Mai. A 10-minute walk from Michelin’s global headquarters. A 10-minute tram ride (station 3 minutes away) from downtown. A simple, very laid-back, gay-friendly atmosphere. An ideal spot for business, rugby, or simply exploring the city.
