The room is a bright, intimate retreat, pared down but designed with a sense of atmosphere. On approx. 11 m2 you will find everything you need, without excess. The sofa bed becomes a cozy bed at night and a place to relax, read or just be during the day.

A special highlight is the spacious secretary desk, which can be transformed into a fully-fledged workstation if required, ideal if you want to write, work or simply have a moment to yourself.

Large windows flood the room with light and give it a calm, almost sensual clarity. A place that brings you down and inspires you at the same time.

📍 Location

Leipzig East is raw, lively and full of contrasts. Just a few minutes away is Eisenbahnstraße, a vibrant place where cultures, languages and stories come together.

Here you can feel the city in its true form. At the same time, you are quickly in the countryside or by the water, perfect for letting yourself drift or coming back to yourself.

You share the apartment with me as your host, a conscious sharing of space rather than classic cohabitation.

The atmosphere is open, respectful and relaxed. Queer friendly is a matter of course here. You have your own space to retreat to, but also the opportunity for encounters, without any pressure, everything can, nothing has to.
