Nice balcony room in Kreuzberg/Kreuzkölln

Close to the beautiful Maybachufer and not far from the famous Kottbusser Tor, the apartment is located in a quiet rear building in the middle of lively Kreuzberg. The private room with a balcony overlooking the quiet garden is part of a 4-room apartment where I live with my quiet (young senior) dog. We share the eat-in kitchen and the bathroom with bathtub. I run a fashion store within walking distance and am also happy to share my tips on clubs, restaurants, shopping, culture etc :)

The accommodation: The room is accessible via the hallway and has its own balcony overlooking the backyard garden. The adjoining room is a storage and archive for fashion. Eat-in kitchen + bathroom with bathtub, fohn and diffuser shared. I live in the second part of the apartment.
