A park view room in Kreuzberg, central Berlin

Respect is expected As a bed for guests I offer a folding sofa-bed (1,2mx2m). It suits 1 person perfect and still comfortable for a couple. The house doesn't have an elevator - if you don't feel yourself fit to enjoy a birds' fly view over a park, don't apply :-) Parties are not allowed unless we do them together. Extra guests are not permitted. Check-in and check-out are flexible, but should suit my quite flexible schedule. Don't be angry, if I didn't confirm your request. I might have other plans for those days After I confirmed your booking a couple of days prior to your arrival day I will provide you with all necessary information for check-in. Chill-parties are strictly prohibited! Extra guests over a night without my consent are not allowed
