NO SMOKING OR VISITORS ALLOWED. We make no exceptions.
Located in the Bela Vista district of São Paulo, just a few blocks from Paulista Avenue.
The apartment is on the 25th floor and has a unique view of the city.
Guests have access to every room in the apartment. You can work from the dining table with an unobstructed view of the 25th floor.
Parking is included. However, for security reasons, guests must notify us in advance of check-in if they wish to use the garage. In addition, the car must not belong to a third party. It must belong to the guests registered on the reservation, as visitors are not allowed, according to the house rules.
On the day of check-in, we will send you the release information with the password for the electronic lock. We never send them out before check-in.
We kindly ask you not to go to the condominium before receiving our release message. The condominium asks that guests arrive when cleared and enter the property directly on arrival. Luggage is not allowed at reception or in any other area of the condominium.
It is important to remember that there are residents in the condominium and the instructions sent are intended to facilitate comfortable interaction.
