Welcome to my home in the heart of Şişli, a calm, sunlit space I love sharing with people from around the world.
I’m a creative director, deeply interested in art, design, and culture, and this home reflects that in a simple, natural way. It’s not a staged or overly polished space. It’s a real, lived-in home with warmth, light, and character.
The apartment has three rooms, one double bedroom and two single rooms. I host them separately, so you may be sharing the common areas with me or other guests depending on the dates.
The living room is open and relaxed, with a cozy sitting area and a desk by the window if you need a quiet place to work. The kitchen is fully equipped, and I personally love spending time there, cooking and sharing good food when the moment feels right.
The bathroom is simple and functional, kept clean and comfortable for everyday use.
The neighborhood, Kurtuluş, is one of the most authentic and naturally welcoming parts of Istanbul. It’s a mix of cultures, small local shops, cafés, and everyday city life. Everything you need is within walking distance, and the metro is just a short walk away.
I enjoy hosting and meeting new people, but I also respect personal space. The experience can be as social or as quiet as you prefer.
If you’re looking for a comfortable and honest place with a bit of soul, somewhere to slow down, recharge, and feel at ease, you’ll feel at home here.

Kurtulus and SiSli are some of the most naturally diverse and easygoing neighborhoods in Istanbul. You’re right in the middle of everyday city life, with a mix of cultures, small local businesses, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
Within walking distance, you’ll find plenty of cafés, bakeries, and casual restaurants. It’s a great area for slow mornings and spontaneous walks. If you enjoy coffee, there are several independent spots nearby where you can easily spend a few hours. For food, the neighborhood is known for its old-school meyhane, local eateries, and a growing mix of modern places.
Nişantası is about a 15-minute walk away if you’re in the mood for something more polished. It’s perfect for shopping, design-focused stores, and stylish cafés and restaurants.
For art and culture, Arter is one of the closest contemporary art museums and definitely worth a visit. You can also easily reach galleries and cultural spaces around Taksim, Karakoy, and Galata by metro.
In terms of LGBTQ+ life, this area is quietly one of the most comfortable places to stay in the city. Kurtulus has a long-standing reputation for being open, mixed, and naturally inclusive. You won’t feel out of place here.
For a more visible nightlife scene, Taksim is just a short metro ride away. You’ll find well-known LGBTQ+ friendly bars and clubs around the area, especially near Istiklal Street. It’s lively, social, and easy to explore.
If you prefer something more low-key, there are also plenty of LGBTQ-friendly cafés, wine bars, and creative spaces spread across Şişli, Nişantası, and Cihangir. These are great for a more relaxed, intimate atmosphere.
I’m always happy to share more personal recommendations depending on what you’re into, whether that’s a quiet coffee spot, a great dinner place, or somewhere to go out.
