Located in a small condominium where my neighbors and I live year-round, you've arrived in the La Pallice district! The 35 m2 apartment is bathed in light, as it crosses the street. The living room faces the avenue, and the bedroom is located at the back, in a quiet area: everything you need for a "0 stress" arrival (bed linen/towels provided).

Every Sunday, just a 2-minute walk away, you'll find the La Pallice market with its small market hall and stalls selling world cuisine, organic produce, etc. A small bar, restaurant and gourmet market will delight your taste buds!

The Ile de Ré bridge is a 10-minute bike ride from the apartment (free shuttle buses also transport your bikes!), and the old port is a 15-minute bike ride away!
You'll find a bike rental shop right next to the apartment (reservations recommended in advance of your arrival). Buses and cycle paths pass right in front of the apartment :-)

This is not a furnished holiday home, but my apartment, which I rent out with my personal belongings and other travel souvenirs :-)

BIG PLUS ! you have a parking space in our condominium, and in front of and around our building, it's super easy to park (Sundays are busier because of the market at La Pallice!),

All shops around! A great bakery, "À deux mains" (organic flours and natural sourdough) 50 m away, a good butcher in the adjoining Laleu district, L'Intermarché, post office, pharmacy, laundromat, hairdresser 5 minutes' walk away (shopping trolley available for you), a gas station next door, a bank for withdrawals just opposite the apartment and doctors if there are any emergencies...

Nice little bars and restaurants.... In short, real neighborhood life!
And all this with the Chef de Baie beach just a 3-minute bike ride from the apartment!

If anything should happen during your stay, you can always reach me by phone,
And, as I go to bed early (being a baker), I'll leave the relay to a friend if need be 🤙🏽

⛔ATTENTION ⛔
The apartment is non-smoking, and our friends the animals are not allowed (not having a direct outside terrace / garden to offer them!).

Also, parties are not allowed in the apartment: for a simple and good reason, you're not far from the hyper center and its bars, and also near the apartment, you'll find guinguettes / bars for your aperitifs!
And, like me, my neighbors work early, so please show them respect and kindness during your stay 😉

Cleaning is included in the price of your rental, but I'd ask you to leave it clean: i.e. to remove your sheets, that the dishes are done (dishwasher turned, garbage taken out, and fridge emptied).

A few small rules to be respected, such as removing your shoes before entering the apartment, and taking care of the plants (watering) will be requested.
