📜 HOUSE RULES TO READ AND ACCEPT BEFORE YOUR STAY: 📝 CONTRACT + 🆔 IDENTIFICATION (MANDATORY): After booking, you will receive: - the Tourist Rental Agreement to be signed digitally - we use written form as required for rental contracts (Italian Law ********, art. 1 c.4 + DL ********). - the Link for ID Registration, required for communication to public security authorities (art. 109 TULPS / Alloggiati Web). 🗑 WASTE MANAGEMENT (MANDATORY): Waste sorting is mandatory and must follow the municipal schedule, which you will receive in the house manual and which will be explained during check-in. 🚫 Waste must never be left inside the house, under any circumstances. 🕗 Every evening, bins must be placed outside the gate according to the indicated schedule. 🚭 SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house (including e-cigarettes). Smoke detectors are installed and will trigger the alarm. ✅ Smoking is allowed on the balcony / outdoor areas. 🔑⚡ ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: The apartment's electrical system is controlled by a small key attached to the house keys.
