Welcome to our village house located in Jacou, in a quiet and pleasant environment only 20 minutes from the center of Montpellier by tramway.
You'll enjoy a comfortable 15 m2 bedroom with private bathroom and toilet. Adjacent to the bedroom, a 20 m2 lounge-library with TV is available for reading, relaxing or enjoying a quiet moment after a day of exploring.
Outside, several areas invite you to relax:
A first 40 m2 courtyard with table and chairs, ideal for breakfast.
A second 70 m2 courtyard with : - a relaxation area - a refreshing pool - a large table for outdoor meals - a barbecue.
Breakfast is included and served in the outdoor area weather permitting.
Ideal location for discovering the region: - Montpellier city center 20 minutes by streetcar - Beaches around 20 km away - At the gateway to the vineyards and landscapes of the Pic Saint-Loup - Numerous hiking trails, markets and typical villages nearby. Jacou is a dynamic little town with many shops, restaurants, gourmet markets... direct tramway access to Montpellier. Stop 800 m from the house.
