I will be happy to welcome you to my apartment in castelnau le lez, it is a new type T3 apartment with a bedroom for rent as well as a sofa bed if needed. You will have an outdoor area for smokers and also a table on the terrace. The geographical location of the apartment will allow you to reach Montpellier center in less than 20 minutes with access to the tram at the bottom of the residence. There are also many restaurants nearby!!

The tramway at your doorstep will allow you to move around according to your needs, with the station "La Galine" line T2, 400m from the apartment leading in 19 minutes to the Montpellier Saint-Roch station or to the Place de la Comédie, but also thanks to the 5 bus lines located at the “Notre-Dame de Sablassou” Parking+Tram, 10 min walk away.

Very quiet apartment at night! You can even sleep with the window open peacefully. The location is perfect for visiting the city by tram.

Benoît is a discreet yet welcoming host, coexistence was very natural right away! The room and apartment have everything you need for a pleasant stay and are located in a nice, well-served suburban neighborhood. Highly recommended!

Benoit is a very good host! He is organized and clear in his communications. The apartment is in line with the photos - and living there is easy. Highly recommended - you can go there with your eyes closed!

Benoit is pleasant and respectful. He is available if you have any questions and very accommodating. The apartment is great, it looks bigger in person. The location is quiet and convenient for getting to Montpellier by tram. You will find parking on the surrounding streets. I recommend it for your stay!

Benoit's house is new and very comfortable, a bit far from the center but very easy to reach by tram. Benoit has been very kind and asked me why I feel comfortable.

Benoît's apartment is great. The bedroom is peaceful. I always managed to find a parking spot nearby. Benoît is super kind. I will definitely come back to stay in his apartment.
