Sunny apartment with a pool, balcony, and parking in a prime location in Gran Canaria

Welcome to my completely renovated apartment in Gran Canaria!

The 40 m2 apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained complex with a large communal pool and can accommodate up to 2 people.

Particularly popular with our guests is the spacious balcony with a fantastic southwest-facing view (approx. 210°). Here you can enjoy the sun well into the evening hours and look directly out onto the pool area. A special bonus: the apartment’s Wi-Fi is also available right by the pool.

Despite its central location, the apartment stays pleasantly cool, so air conditioning is generally not needed.

Fully Equipped Kitchen

The open-concept kitchen offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation:

Bathroom

The bathroom features a shower and, of course, a modern hair dryer.

As a little extra treat, the apartment also includes a nostalgic 1980s-style hotel hair dryer—for that special vacation vibe.

Pool & Beach

There is a large communal pool right on the property, which our guests can use free of charge.

For relaxing days at the beach, the following are provided:

* 2 large beach towels * Cooler bag * Ice packs

These items are, of course, included in the rental price.

Parking

A private parking space is located directly behind the building in the courtyard and has a separate entrance.

We make check-in as flexible as possible and are happy to coordinate times individually via chat.

Cleaning

Final cleaning before arrival and after departure is, of course, included.

During your stay, you are responsible for cleaning the apartment yourself. Feel free to let me know if you’d like an interim cleaning service—I’ll take care of arranging it for you!
