The estate is located just 250 meters from Otranto’s waterfront—and thus its sandy beaches—and 650 meters from the historic center with its restaurants and cultural attractions: all easily accessible on foot in just a few minutes’ walk. just as close is a takeout spot offering traditional dishes to go, so you can enjoy dinner comfortably under the estate’s pergola. Across from the estate is a well-stocked supermarket. At 750 meters, you’ll find three other private beach clubs.
