Our apartment is located at Avenida Lúcio Costa, 6400, right on the waterfront, overlooking Barra Beach and Marapendi Lagoon, offering comfort and privacy to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Although most of Rio’s LGBT+ scene is concentrated in Ipanema and Copacabana, Barra offers easy access to the South Zone by car or ride-sharing app. This way, you can enjoy the best of both worlds: relax in a safe and peaceful neighborhood during the day and, whenever you like, explore Rio’s vibrant nightlife, bars, restaurants, and traditional LGBT+ hotspots.

LGBT+ and gay-friendly recommendations:

Welcome! We want your stay to be comfortable, safe, and peaceful. To ensure a pleasant experience for guests and residents alike, please observe the following rules: • Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. • The condominium requires all guests to pre-register before arrival. • Access will be granted only to those registered at the time of booking. • Visitors are not permitted during your stay. • The complex is residential, with a predominantly family-oriented community. Therefore, we value respect, good neighborly relations, and quiet, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • Parties, events, loud music, or behavior that may disturb the residents’ peace and quiet are not permitted. • Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. • Use of the pool is subject to the complex’s rules. You must present a medical certificate issued by a doctor with a valid Brazilian medical license (CRM), submitted at least 72 hours in advance. Without this document, access will not be authorized by the complex. • Please use the service elevator to transport luggage, swimwear, or grocery bags. • Please treat the apartment with care. If any damage occurs or maintenance is needed, please notify us immediately. • Trash must be disposed of daily. We are here to help and hope your experience in Barra da Tijuca is peaceful, welcoming, and special.
