About the Accommodation
Welcome home!
The apartment is located on the second floor of a building (which is actually the third floor) and does not have an elevator.
The room is private, bright, and cozy. It’s equipped with a single bed with a storage compartment for your luggage, a closet, a Smart TV, a stereo, and a window that lets in plenty of natural light. You’ll find sheets, towels, blankets, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Plus, there’s a bike in the room that you can use during your stay to explore Barcelona in a practical, sustainable, and unique way.
The room is located next to the bathroom and very close to the apartment’s entrance, which gives you a greater sense of privacy and independence.
You’ll share the common areas with us: a fully equipped open kitchen integrated with the living room, and a spacious table where you can have breakfast, work, cook, or simply enjoy a good conversation. We also have a pleasant terrace with a table for two, perfect for having breakfast outdoors, enjoying a coffee, or relaxing at the end of the day.
The bathroom is shared by everyone living in the house.
Chester, my dog, also lives here. He’s another member of the family and very important to us, so it’s essential that you feel comfortable living with him.
Our approach to living together is simple: to offer a peaceful, respectful, and relaxed atmosphere where everyone can enjoy both the common areas and their own privacy.
Location and Transportation
The apartment is located in the Sants-Badal neighborhood, one of the most authentic and pleasant areas of Barcelona. It’s a traditional, safe, and very well-connected neighborhood, with a great mix of local and international life.
Just a few minutes away is Carretera de Sants, one of the city’s most important commercial thoroughfares, lined with shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, gyms, and all kinds of services. On weekends, much of the area becomes pedestrian-only, creating a very pleasant atmosphere for strolling.
The street where the apartment is located is quiet and connects directly to the Rambla de Badal.
As for public transportation, the location is excellent:
Badal (L5) is the closest station. Mercat Nou (L1) and Santa Eulàlia (L1) are also very close by. Just a few minutes away is Collblanc, which offers direct metro connections to the airport’s T1 and T2 terminals.
The Barcelona Sants station is about a 15-minute walk or just two metro stops away. From there, you can take high-speed trains or commuter trains (Rodalies), including the R2 Sud, which connects to Sitges in about 35–40 minutes.
Downtown Barcelona is also very close by. Plaza Cataluña is about a 15- to 20-minute metro ride from Mercat Nou. One stop before that is Universitat, from where you can walk in just a few minutes to the well-known Gaixample, the city’s main LGBTQI+ neighborhood.
Barcelona’s gay scene isn’t limited to the Gaixample. You’ll also find numerous venues, bars, and LGBTQ+ spots in neighborhoods like Sant Antoni, Poble-sec, or even other parts of the city—all easily accessible by metro, bus, or even a pleasant stroll.
I’d be happy to recommend restaurants, bars, beaches, activities, events, or any special spots in Barcelona. If you need help planning your visit or just want some local advice, don’t hesitate to ask me. It’ll be my pleasure.

Barcelona offers all kinds of attractions that can appeal to a wide range of people. Personally, since it’s close to the Sants train station, it’s very easy to visit Sitges. It’s fun and interesting to explore the city when the weather is nice and the days are long and sunny.
The neighborhood ******** most of the clubs, saunas, bars, restaurants, hair salons, clothing stores, and gyms of all kinds are concentrated. The most popular streets are Consell de Cent and Calle Diputación. However, Avenida Paralelo in Poble Sec also has a gay nightlife scene, especially on weekends. Sant Antoni is a slightly more alternative neighborhood with a wide variety of restaurants and hospitality options in general.
We place a high value on privacy and respect for common areas. Although this is a listing on Misterb&b, the apartment is not a naturist property in the sense that guests are not permitted to be nude in the common areas of the home. We appreciate our guests’ respect for these rules. Smoking is permitted only on the terrace. The room is a single room with a bed for one person, so the reservation is for a single guest. You may not have visitors or accommodate additional guests during your stay.
