A spacious, character-filled apartment spanning 144 m2 in the heart of Jardins, just a few steps from Oscar Freire. Sleeps up to 4 guests, with 2 suites, an open-concept living room, an office, a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, heating and cooling, and 2 parking spaces.
The building is small and very private, with only one apartment per floor—ideal for those who value comfort, privacy, and a peaceful stay in São Paulo.
For long stays, we change towels and linens every 3 days at a prearranged time. The apartment does not have a washer or dryer, but there are laundromats nearby. You can also request a full deep cleaning for R$ 250 per visit, subject to scheduling and availability.
The location is excellent for exploring the city, with easy access to Paulista Avenue, Frei Caneca, museums, restaurants, cafes, shopping, and São Paulo’s cultural and LGBTQIA+ scene.

Close to home, it’s worth taking a leisurely stroll down Oscar Freire and along the tree-lined avenues of the Jardins, which are full of shops, galleries, cafés, and restaurants. For coffee or a break during the day, I like Santo Grão on Oscar Freire and We Coffee on Alameda Lorena. Just a few minutes away are also the MASP and Trianon Park—a great combination of art, architecture, and a green oasis in the middle of Paulista.
🏳🌈 To experience São Paulo’s LGBTQIA+ scene, the Frei Caneca, Augusta, and Peixoto Gomide area is the closest hub. Shopping Frei Caneca has become a traditional meeting place and hub for the community, and the surrounding area is packed with LGBTQIA+ bars, restaurants, parties, and clubs. For those who want to keep the night going, Bofetada Club and Aloka are two well-known options in the area.

• Maximum of 4 guests, all included in the reservation.
• Outside visitors are allowed only with the host’s prior authorization.
• Parties, events, gatherings, or social get-togethers are not permitted.
• Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the apartment.
• Please respect the quiet and peace of the building, especially at night and in the common areas.
• Guests must enter through the main entrance and use the service elevator, as directed by the condominium.
• The digital lock code is personal and must not be shared with third parties.
• Use only the two designated parking spaces assigned to the apartment.
