To sleep, simply unfold the living room sofa bed (Poltronesofa) with its high-quality, very comfortable 160cm mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped with a two-burner induction cooktop, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave, and all the utensils you need to prepare a delicious meal just as if you were at home. The toilet is located in the bathroom, which is separated from the living area by a lockable door. The studio is equipped with reversible air conditioning, so it can be set to cool in the summer and heat in the winter. Although the apartment is located on private property, you’ll still have exclusive use of the apartment’s private terrace. Except for the air conditioning, all the amenities in the apartment are brand new!! We do not charge a cleaning fee, so we ask guests to be considerate and leave the apartment reasonably clean and tidy upon departure.
